The Company was incorporated on 2 May 2005 and listed on the Australian stock exchange on the 11th October 2005. It was established to explore for oil and gas, in Australia and overseas.
The basic strategy of our company is to utilize the experience of the board to identify prospective exploration areas and take minority interests in multiple plays to spread the risk and enhance the likelihood of exploration success.
Farm-in agreements were entered into in the Cooper and Carnarvon basins onshore Australia.
The 2 areas onshore Australia where the initial exploration is taking place provide a geological and geographical spread with varying risk reward ratios representing a cross section of exploration interests. Further particulars are contained in the Exploration Areas.
The company is leasing acreage in Huasna California which has located on it 3 wells which it is in process of permitting to enable them to be brought onto production. |
