Australian Oil Company

The Company was incorporated on 2 May 2005 and listed on the Australian stock exchange on the 11th October 2005. It was established to explore for oil and gas in Australia and overseas.

The strategy of our company is to utilize the experience of the board to identify prospective exploration and development opportunities and to enter into joint ventures reducing our financial exposure.

Currently the company’s principal activity is in the US.

Excelaron LLC which is 35% and jointly managed by AOC and Vesta Corporation has leased acreage in the Huasna Valley, Arroya Grande, California. A permit is being sought from the County of San Luis Obispo to drill up to 12 new wells adjacent to the existing wells, install production facilities and provide tanker transportation from the site.
